I made these for a tea party that I was having for a friend of mine, that came into town for a visit. I made chocolate cake in a mini bundt cake pan. I made a chocolate ganache for the top of them, I garnished them with fresh raspberry’s and mint from my garden.
For the ganache I used 3/4 cup cream, heated it and added about 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips to it till it melted. Pour over the cake right away, you can reheat the left over ganache to use again if it gets hard.
