First up Monday night we have this tasty finger licking good sriracha chicken! You can make any side dish you like with this chicken. I recommend mashed potatoes and salad.

Next up we have this incredibly moist and delicious baked salmon. The veggies seal in the juices; the salmon is flavourful and goes great with anything on the side! I recommend a salad and maybe some plain rice or a olive oil based potato or pasta salad.

This is a simple traditional Turkish dish made with fresh leeks, carrots and rice. It goes nicely with some yogurt on the side.

Homemade sauce makes all the difference in this spaghetti! The vegetables add a lot of flavour and is a good way to sneak in those veggies for your picky eaters.

These meatballs are the love of my daughter Sara’s life! They are hearty because of the bulgur, and are made in a delicious sauce.

It is only fair to share my other daughter’s favourite dinner; this is Dina’s favourite lasagna! The cheese does make a huge difference in the taste of lasagna, so make sure you use the best mozzarella for this.

It is getting chilly out there, this is the perfect kind of stew to warm ya right up! Perfect for Sunday night supper.

Since it is apple season I thought I would share this delicious Apple Crumb Coffee Cake with you. We went apple picking on Sunday so I am planning on making this cake over the weekend.
