Bring the kids into the kitchen for this super easy peanut butter cookie recipe!
Recipe is on the jar of Kraft Peanut Butter, it says to roll with your hands which I found hard to do due to its stickiness, what I do to help with that, is rinse your hands with cold water from time to time…it really does help. I sometimes just scoop out with a spoon.
Another tip is when you flatten with fork, dip the fork in water, so it does not stick to the cookie, just take a cup fill with water and dip the fork every time you flatten a cookie.
What you will need:
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl. Roll into 16-20 balls; place 4 inches apart on baking sheets. Flatten with fork.
Bake 12- 15 mins (or until light golden brown) at 325. (Do not overbake.) Cool 5 min on baking sheets, transfer to cookie rack or just gobble them right up!;)
