Fruit Loop no-bake cheesecake, colourful and fun! My daughter Dina came up with this creation, it is light, fluffy and yummy! If you grew up with Fruit Loops or even if you are not a fan, I think you will still love this cheesecake!
My daughter Dina loves her cheesecake and is always coming up with different recipes, I think this one so far has been my favourite, and the reason I am sharing it with you!
What you will need:
- 340 gr cream cheese
- 226 gr white chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1/2 tub of 1 L whipping cream like Cool Whip
- 2-3 cups of Fruit Loops + extra for topping
- strawberry flavoured syrup
- food colouring, colours to choose from: pink, blue, yellow, green, orange, purple.
Pour cereal into a freezer bag and bang with a rolling pin, this is your crust. Combine with melted butter and press onto pie pan.
Melt white chocolate chips, and set aside. Cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Add in the melted chocolate, and stir in the whipping cream.
You can make how many colours you want. My daughter used blue, pink, yellow and purple. Divide batters in bowls and add a touch of food colouring to each bowl with batter; stir, add more colouring as needed. Add the different colours of batter to the pan, you can swirl around to make a marble effect.
Refridgerate for 4 hours before serving. Best served the same day, but still good the next, the crust isn’t as crunchy the next day. Drizzle with strawberry syrup and top with Fruit Loops, enjoy!
What a fun cheesecake! Dina has quite the eye for making desserts!
