Hummus with spiced beef is delicious! The first time I had it was when I was a teenager, my friend made it with bite size pieces of steak meat; it was so yummy. You can make it with steak meat or ground beef, some of my friends even make it with chicken. What ever you decide to make it with, it will be delicious, I promise! …

Chili – A Ricardo Cuisine Recipe
It’s the perfect time for chili as the weather is getting chilly here in Ontario! Chili was one of my favourite meals as a kid, and for many years I have tried to perfect my recipe – and I finally got it! Grandma’s Albanian Cabbage Stew – Mish me Lakra
This is my grandmother’s recipe for mish me lakra, which translates to meat with cabbage. I don’t like big pieces of meat in my stew so I make it with bite size pieces of tender stew meat. You can use beef or lamb, whichever you prefer. We are not big meat eaters, so I don’t add a lot; you may use 1 lb of meat, more or less, though I use less. You can also make this meatless if you wish.
Growing up, this was one of the dishes my grandmother made that I really enjoyed. I am happy to share this with you today!…

You can make it all year round, but tomatoes when in season are the best. I get my bocconcini cheese freshly made at the cheese factory in town. …
