I make a variety of smoothies. I will share my favourites, I dont know exact measurements since i usually just throw it all in a pitcher and blend with my hand mixer. Then I adjust flavour as I go.
Peach, mango, strawberry shake
Europe’s Best Caribbean Treasure (Strawberry, peaches and mango) its a 600 g bag. I use half the bag
- 1 cup of orange juice or a orange- mango peach blend juice
- 1/4 cup of honey to sweeten
- 3/4 cup of plain or flavoured non or low fat yogurt
blend well, taste and adjust consistency if you like it thicker or thin, sweeter or tart.
Mixed berry shake
mixed berry( half of 600g bag)
- 1-2 tsp flax seed oil (optional)
- 1 -1/2 cup orange juice
- honey to sweeten
- 3/4 cup of plain or flavoured non or low fat yogurt.
Papaya pineapple shake
- 1 banana
- 1/2 fresh pineapple or 1 small can with juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup plain non or low fat yogurt
- 1/2 fresh riped papaya (remove seeds)
- sweeten with honey
Mango shake
- 1/2 bag of 600 g of frozen mango
- 1 cup plain non or low fat yogurt
- 1 1/2 cup orange or pineapple juice
- 1 small can of pineapple
- honey to sweeten
