I ran out of my favourite feta cheese, and the only store that sells it is in the other side of town, while I was there the baker was baking fresh bread, mmmm…it smelled so good and it was so soft and warm. I took 5 of them and put them in a paper bag, and I knew exactly what I wanted to make with them. Kafta sandwiches.
