Since I have so much leek at the moment I have leek on the brain, and gave you two leek recipes this week!
You can make it creamy or leave it chunky, both ways are delicious and perfect for this chilly weather.
http://whenfetametolive.com/cream-leek-soup/Next up we have tuna spaghetti, it was a childhood favourite of mine, it is best made with a spicy sauce. Two out of my three kids love this, so I do get to make it every so often!
Next up we have a delicious and easy burek, it is one of my favourite ways to use up garden fresh leeks!
The first YouTube video tutorial I made is of my chicken cacciatore, it is one of our families favourite dinners.
This is something I used to make often when the kids were younger, it’s so easy to prepare. A good mixture of meat and veggies, served with a side of rice. I am sure this will be a hit with all!
This may look like it is difficult to make it is actually quite easy. This is one of my go to meals, it is something that everyone can agree on!
Another recipe that may look difficult is actually another easy recipe, I know it sounds fancy and may even look fancy but trust me it is really easy to make!
You can make this salad with any of the dinners this week. It is healthy and delicious!
