Vanilla sugar takes 2 weeks to be ready to use, but well worth the wait! I like mixing it up with brown sugar gives it so much more flavour!
What you need:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 vanilla beans
Scrape the inside of vanilla pods and add to the sugar, mix in and add the pods. Store in tight lid container…wait for 2 weeks till ready to use.
Try it in your baked goods, and coffee your gonna love it! 🙂
