I am in love with this new multi grain bread I found, its made by Pita Break! My kids and hubby love all the different sandwiches I have been coming up with! This one that I am sharing with you today, is one that I made for lunch with my left over steak, it was delicious!
What you will need:
- Steak meat
- Gouda cheese (or any cheese)
- Roasted red peppers
Open the folded flat bread. Slice your cooked steak meat, and place on one side of the bread, slice your cheese and place over the meat, take the roasted red peppers and place inside the sandwich, place on a baking sheet and heat in toaster oven or oven till cheese melts and bread has a nice crispy edge, fold over to make a sandwich. You can serve with a dipping sauce on the side if desired.
Another way to enjoy this sandwich is with out the steak, just add the cheese, I like mozzarella with roasted red peppers, but you can use any cheese you like. Warm in toaster oven or oven till cheese melts, its my hubby’s favourite!:)
