This is a great summer dish the whole family will enjoy!:)
What you will need:
- spaghetti enough for 5 servings
- 2 tomato’s
- 1 onion
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- hand full of feta cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh oregano
- 1 tsp dried oregano( if you don’t have fresh use 2 tsp dried)
- 1/2 tsp pepper flakes (optional)
- salt and pepper
Bring water to boil for spaghetti and cook spaghetti. Meanwhile chop onion, garlic and tomato. In pan add 2tbsp olive oil, add onion cook till tender, add garlic and oregano cook for 2 more mins. You may add pepper flakes as well at this point. Add tomato’s, add about a 1/4 cup of pasta water to the tomato mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Add pasta then crumble some feta,mix well and serve.
