I always wanted to try peppers with sausage in a bun, since I was a kid!
I remember watching a episode of Who’s the boss? when Tony bought one for Angela at the Italian festival, and ever since thought that would be yummy! It really was:) Im guessing in the summer it would be even more amazing on the grill!
I used 1 red and green bell pepper, 1 small onion, cut them julienne style, cooked them in a hot frying pan with a few tsp of canola oil. I cooked up the sausages in the same pan with peppers were done.
