What you will need:
- 1 bunch asparagus
- mushrooms
- 2 bell peppers
- 6-8 cloves of garlic
- olive oil
- salt to season
Chop veggies and combine with olive oil and salt on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 till nicely roasted, about an hour or so.
You can add potatoes and zucchini if you like, and you can omit the veggies you don’t like. Simple and delicious.
