Roasted red pepper hummus is so yummy, enjoy it as a dip or with pita chips
What you will need:
- 1 can chick peas rinsed and drained
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 roasted red peppers or 2 tbsp red pepper paste
- a few tbsp of olive oil
- a few tsp of lemon juice
- salt to season
- 1 tbsp of water
Take all ingredients in a small blender and blend to puree until smooth. Transfer to serving plate drizzle with olive oil and paprika.
