One of my favourite veggies is rapini! It can taste a bit bitter at times but still very delicious and good for you!
Easy to make, the stems are stringy so if you have the time peel them otherwise you may trim them.
Chop ends off the rapini, and rinse as you would spinach. Add to a pot of salted boiling water and boil for 5 mins, drain.
In a pan saute 2-3 smashed cloves of garlic in some olive oil and cook till fragrant. Add the rapini and cook together for a minute and serve.
