Penne with mushroom meat sauce,
- 10 fresh mushrooms cleaned and sliced
- 1 green pepper chopped chopped small
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- A dash of pepper flakes
- 1/2 to 1 lb ground beef
- 1 and 1/2 can or jar of your favourite sauce or homemade sauce
In large pot saute mushrooms and onion and pepper, till tender then add garlic and beef.
Break up into chunks, till no longer pink. Cook till veggies are soften. Add sauce let simmer on low heat covered for about 25 mins, make sure the bottom doesn’t burn , stir occasionaly with spoon. Season with salt. Serve with pasta of your choice
