This is a great idea for gift giving! I made them several times for many people and they love them!
Recipe from Kraft
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups thawed cool whip
Melt chocolate chips about a min and half, stir well make sure chips are fully melted. Stir in peanut butter, fold in whip cream. Keep in fridge for 1 hour. Remove from fridge, with a melon ball scoop or tsp scoop out balls. Shape, roll them in either, chopped pecans, cocoa, coconut, icing sugar, ground pistachios.
Store in fridge.
Makes approx 40- 50 truffles
