This recipe was from Betty Crocker 1994 magazine issue! I have tried many recipes from that magazine and this one is a keeper!:)
What you will need:
- 3/4 cup softened unsalted butter
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp milk
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped mint
- 1 cup and half of mint chocolate chips
Directions:
Cream butter, egg, sugar and mint, till creamy. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix till forms soft dough.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 10 mins or until golden edges.
Cool on cooling rack.
