Meat filling:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato copped
- chili flakes
- parsley
- salt and pepper
- suggested seasonings: salt, cumin, 7 spice, pepper (chili) flakes.
Mix all ingredients
These are mini, so I just spread individual balls of dough in the pan, with olive oil, shaped them with my fingers. Place the meat mixture with a spoon and fold over the edges.
Bake at 375 till golden and meat is cooked. You may want to broil for a minute or 2 for the dough to brown.
