This is a great easy version of mango ice cream! You don’t need a ice cream machine to make this! I love adding fruit cocktail over the ice cream its so refreshing a hot summers day!
What you will need:
- 1 850 g can mango pulp or 10 ripe sweet honey mango’s pureed
- 1 container of cool whip
- 1 can of condensed milk
If using mango’s, peel the skin and scoop the fruit out and to blender and puree.
Whisk gently all ingredients, pour into freezer safe container. Freeze for 5 hours or until firm enough to scoop
