- 2-85 g of mango flavoured gelatin
- 1/2 can mixed fruit drained and paper towel dry
- 1 cup cool whip
- 2-3/4 cup boiling water
- 8 ice cubes
In a 2 cup size measuring cup add the gelatin crystals stir in the hot boiled water, whisk for 2 mins, transfer into larger bowl and mix in the ice cubes stir till melted. In the measuring cup add 1 cup of cool whip and 1 cup gelatin mixture, stir till well blended.
In the gelatin mixture add the fruit. pour an even amount the cool whip mixture in each glass, top with the mango gelatin mixture. Store in fridge till ready to serve. Makes 8 small glasses or bowls
Note: Make sure you whisk the boiling water with gelatin for 2 mins, for it to set.
