This punch is so yummy, I cannot stop myself when I make this, I can drink so many cups and not ever have enough!
I think I may know why I love it so, it reminds me of this pop my grandfather would treat me with, it was called Tahiti Treat. Oh I loved that stuff, they stopped making it a very long time ago, but this sure does come close to tasting like it.
You can use what ever fruit you have, I find that orange slices and berries work best. To keep this cold you can use frozen berries or fruit instead of ice water.
What you will need:
- 2-3 cans of fruit punch frozen concentrate
- 5 cans club soda*
- 1/2 cup grenadine approx.
- cold water to dilute if it’s too sweet
- fresh fruit of choice, like orange slices, strawberries, blueberries
In pitcher add the thawed juice, club soda, and grenadine taste and add water if needed, I like to dilute it a bit if it’s to sweet, you can add more grenadine if you want, taste before serving. Add orange slices and other fruit that you are using. Enjoy!
*If you don’t have club soda, or can’t have club soda because of the sodium, you can use ginger ale.
