This is a delicious and easy recipe to make, I like to make it when guests come over or when I go to a friends house. Everyone loves it, it goes great with any fruit, my personal favourite is granny smith apples and graham crackers, okay that isn’t a fruit but it goes great with it.
For a larger crowd I add an extra half brick of cream cheese, if you only have one brick (250 gr) that is fine I make it like that as well.
I use caramel sauce from the jar, it’s convenient and easy, you can use homemade if you have any. As for the chocolate you can use melted chocolate chips, or a chocolate spread what ever you have will work fine. I don’t really fuss about it, I sometimes just spoon over what ever I have, as long as it tastes good!
As for the sweetness, I only use powdered sugar when I add the extra cream cheese, as I would have to add more caramel to add sweetness, whereas 1-2 tablespoon of icing sugar does the trick. It’s really up to you. I always taste as I go, and make sure I like the texture as well.
