One of my favourite steaks is flank steak! Flank steak can be tough but if marinated long enough it will become tender, don’t forget to always cut across the grain!
What you will need:
- 1 flank steak (around 3 and 1/2 lbs)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
- 1 green onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp Montreal steak spice
- 1 tsp Greek seasoning
Chop onion and garlic mix with seasonings, oils and vinegar add to large bag or container and add steak to it, let marinate 6 hours or over night.
Grill on BBQ or cast iron or frying pan until desired doneness. Cut across the grain in thin slices.
