I was in the mood for something spicy and tasty, I love meatballs…and curry meatballs are so yummy. The recipe is easy, its basically following the pkg directions, I modified it.
I used the Shan kofta curry pkg, I used the back of the box as a guideline. It says on the pkg to use 4 onions I used 2 medium sized onions.
It says to use 2-3 cups water, I used 2, another thing it says to use 1-11/2 ghee or oil, I only used 1 tbsp butter and 4 tbsp oil.
I used 3/4 of the pkg. It so simple to make and is very delicious. I made basmati rice,and frozen veggies. The paratha were frozen all I had to do was pan cook them.
Dinner was done within 40 mins!:)
