Chicken kabobs are great as is or for sandwiches
What you will need:
- 2lbs boneless chicken breast cut up in 1 inch pieces
- 3 tbsp plain yogurt
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup Greek seasoning
- 3-4 shredded cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup dried oregano leaves
- 1 tsp of seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp salt & a dash of pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Mix all ingredients together, let marinate for at least 4 hours. Put 7-8 pieces on each skewer,grill on low-med heat on the bbq till chicken is fully cooked.
