I found this recipe on Martha Stewart’s website , found it to be a bit bland for my taste, my aunt and uncle liked it though! If you have any tips to share please do!

There is another recipe on Kraft as well butternut-ginger-orange-soup. Its a similar recipe, the difference is Kraft uses chicken broth and orange mandarin dressing , instead of water and orange juice like the Martha Stewart recipe.
The only things I did different is baking the squash in the oven and scooping the flesh (its easier to work with), and adding orange segments on top of the sour cream, I actually liked that part!
