Another tasty kabob recipe to share with you! Its a bit spicy and a lot of yummy!
What you will need:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 3 grated garlic
- 1 tbsp Shan- seekh kabab bbq seasoning mix (you may add more spice if you like)
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley or cilantro or mint
- 1/2 -1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
Combine ingredients together, shape into kabobs, you may use skewers if you are grilling. cook on pan or grill. Enjoy!
