This is what was for dinner tonight!
What you will need:
- 2 lb chicken breast
- cut up into about 1 inch in size
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp Greek seasoning
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp freshly grated garlic & ginger
- 1/4 tsp pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Mix in all seasonings and yogurt & oil, blend in with chicken and let marinate for at least an 1 hour.
Add chicken to skewers and bbq.
Salad:
- 1/2 roman lettuce washed and cut
- 1/2 iceberg lettuce washed and cut
- 1 tomato diced
- 1/4 chopped radicchio
- 1/2 cucumber chopped
- 1/4 onion julienne
- feta cheese
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- drizzle olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp Greek seasoning
- season with salt
Mix well altogether, crumble feta on top.
Easy garlic sauce:
- grated 1 or 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup of mayo
- 2 tbsp 5% yogurt
Stir together, you may season with salt if you desire.
Yogurt sauce:
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 to 1 tsp dried mint
- 1/2 to 1 tsp grated garlic
Stir together, you may add salt if you desire.
